Cycladic food, cooked at your villa
Paros has its own kitchen and a good chef uses it. Gouna is mackerel split open, salted and dried in the sun, then grilled over charcoal. Revithada is a chickpea stew cooked slowly in a clay pot, once the island's Sunday meal. Xinomizithra is a soft, tangy local cheese. Your chef can build a whole menu around these, or mix them with grilled fish, salads and Greek mezze.
